The Dyer island is situated in the renowned Shark alley home close to Cape Fur Seals, the endangered African Penguin, various visiting dolphin species and a variety of seabirds.
The Southern Right Whale, Season is normally from June – December but for the rest of the year there are occasionally Humpback and Bryde’s whales in the area.
There is an on-board biologist and experienced crew who promise an educational, life changing experience.

SHARK CAGE DIVING
Gansbaai in the western caapee is a world hot spot for the great white shark. You will experience an incredible cahe diving adventure on board their custom designed boat, Slashfin (named after one of their visiting sharks).
Am on board marine biologist will educate you as you get up close and personal with this amazing apex predator in the famour Shark Alley. You will leave with great memories and a deep appreciaton of this majestic animal. ELGIN CAPE CANOPY TOUR
Based just an hour outside of Cape Town, the Canopy Tour (zip line) is situated in a world heritage site within the cape nature’s hottentots holland nature reserve, in the scenic elgin valley. After a safety briefing and kitting up at the reception, guests will be transported by a 4×4 high into the mountain range: this is where the fun begins!
Two professional guides will accompany each small group, ensuring strict safety standards all the while providing an enlightening and educational experience. Slide along the steel cables from platform to platform, taking you past waterfalls and through valleys, enjoying all that mother nature has to offe. HEMEL EN AARDE WINE TOUR
Explore the Hemel en Aarde Valley where an overwhelming majority of the vineyards in this appellation are planted on northeast, north and northwest facing slopes of Bokkeveld, Shale-derived soil.
The soil has an unusually high clay content which although it varies from 25% to 55% tends on average to be much higher the Malmbury Shale-derived soils of the west coast.

TREETOP ZIP LINE TOUR (FAMILY STAYS)
High above the ground (some as high as 40 meters above the ground) the guides will allows you to glide (zip line) from platform to platform with only the local eagles and birdlife noise echoing in the forest.
The 10 platform slides range from 20 meters to 180 meters and with a safe breaking system you control the speed you travel at. So it could be as a fast adrenaline experience or it could just be a slow easy glide high above the ground.
Hermanus Zip Lines now extend from the mountain canyon and zip lining over a small waterfall between the Poplar Trees and Canyon makes this an even more memorable experience.
Optional Extra
There is a large quad train to tranport guests up to the starting point – no more long walks to get to the start. The cost however for this is R20 per person (to be paid cash on the day).
These funds go towards the NGO as they operate the transport to raise much needed funds.
